In order to use this system the FIRST TIME, you must know your password. The IT department HIGHLY recommends you change your password at least every 90 days for security reasons.

• To manage your e-mail password, visit https://umanage.alabama.gov/ and click “Manage my Password”

• Enter your user name, which is your AGI E-Mail Address, for example John.Smith@agi.alabama.gov

• Select location, which will be State.al

• Enter the characters you see on the picture into the last box, then click OK.

• You will be asked to set up a profile if it is your first login.

• From the home page you can manage or reset a password as long as you know the answers to the profile questions you set up.
