What is the difference between
Industrial Hemp and Marijuana?

Industrial hemp is a form of Cannabis and is of the same plant species as marijuana. However, hemp is genetically different and distinguished by its use and chemical makeup. Hemp stalks and hemp seeds are used to make a wide array of products including: fabric, automobile parts, fiber board, carpeting, insulation, livestock feed and food products. Industrial hemp plants, stalks, leaf material, and seeds remain a Schedule I controlled substance under state and federal law.
