HistoryMoore's Original Marinade was introduced thirty years ago at a steakhouse in the small Alabama town of Jasper. In 1991 C&M Food Distributing Inc. purchased Moore’s Marinade and introduced the product to the grocery industry. This unique liquid marinade, with a delightfully flavorful taste, quickly became well known throughout Alabama and the South. Due to popular demand for our Original Hickory flavor we decided a complement was needed, thus Moore’s Teriyaki Marinade was created. In 2004, Moore’s added a sauce to their portfolio with Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce (Medium Flavor). All Moore's Marinades recipes are family made with the highest quality ingredients around that enhance food flavors instead of covering them. All flavors are MSG free, gluten free and Kosher. Moore's Marinade has won television, radio, billboard and cook-off awards for being one of the most versatile marinades available. Today, Moore’s Marinade is found throughout our nation in grocery stores, restaurants and shopping clubs. Moore’s Marinade makes any meal extraordinary. Marinating TipsAny of Moore’s products can be easily used on your favorite meat or vegetables. In a re-sealable plastic bag, a dish, or a bowl, make sure that your food is completely covered with Moore’s Marinade. This allows Moore’s Marinade to do its job. Then, simply place the container in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Experiment with different containers to see which you prefer, just remember not to use aluminum or copper pans. The marinade will react with the copper or aluminum and discolor both your food and the pans. Moore’s Marinade RecipesLooking for a recipe?
