Koch Foods Inc. Recalls Beef Products Due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination
Koch Foods, Inc., a Fairfield, Ohio establishment, is recalling approximately 119,480 pounds of beef rib-shaped patty products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically thin blue plastic pieces, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 20795” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to a distributors nationwide for institutional use.
