To apply for or renew a Weighmaster Certificate or Serviceman Registration the following documents are required with your payment:
- Weighmaster or Serviceman Application
- Declaration of Citizenship
- A copy of the applicants Alabama Drivers License or Alabama photo Identification Card.
Please note: A Weighmaster Bond is no longer required for Weighmaster certification
