This section issues Restricted Use Pesticide Dealer licenses.\u00a0 This license is issued to any business that sells Restricted Use Pesticides.\u00a0 The cost of the annual license is $45.00 and expires 12\/31 of\u00a0each calendar year.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

In order to apply for the license, the business must have a certified person who has taken and passed the Restricted Use Dealer Examination.\u00a0\u00a0 The exam is available online through the Alabama Cooperative Extension Service (see \u201cOnline Testing\u201d link below) for a fee of $35.00.\u00a0 In person exams are also available free of charge (contact Montgomery office to schedule an appointment).\u00a0 The exam is good for 3 years and\u00a0then must\u00a0be retaken.<\/p>\n
