The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries (ADAI) is pursuing the recovery of a surety bond to compensate grain producers in Alabama who have not received payment for grain they sold to Hansen-Mueller Co. in 2025. If you sold grain to Hansen-Mueller, Co. in 2025 and have not been compensated by the company for that grain, you may be eligible to receive a portion of the bond proceeds.
To file a claim for review, please complete the Proof of Loss form and worksheet below. Completed forms and worksheets, along with supporting documentation should be emailed to: hmclaims@agi.alabama.gov no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026.
