Agriculture Compliance is responsible for many areas of agriculture.

Agricultural Compliance is responsible for Stockyards and Brands registration and licensing/permitting of bonded livestock markets, livestock dealers, issuing livestock hauler trailer tags and livestock brands.

We inspect and enforce laws pertaining to feed, seed, fertilizer and agricultural lime as well as conducting yearly BSE Inspections at feed manufacturing facilities. We issue permits to seed dealers and processors. We also issue Certificates of Free Sale to Alabama companies in order for them to ship their products around the world.
