Mission Statement
The Clean Day Pesticide Collection Program is conducted as a free service to the citizens of Alabama and is a joint effort between the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. This program allows participants to bring unwanted household hazardous wastes for safe and environmentally sound disposal. Products that will be accepted for disposal include pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and rodenticides. We will accept products that have lost registration, have illegible labels, are out of date, or for any other reason cannot be used by you.
The Clean Day Pesticide Disposal Program is in the planning stages now. Please check back regularly for updates on the time and location of the event, or leave your contact information to receive email updates as they become available.
