This section issues Restricted Use Pesticide Dealer licenses.  This license is issued to any business that sells Restricted Use Pesticides.  The cost of the annual license is $45.00 and expires 12/31 of each calendar year. 

In order to apply for the license, the business must have a certified person who has taken and passed the Restricted Use Dealer Examination.   The exam is available online through the Alabama Cooperative Extension Service (see “Online Testing” link below) for a fee of $35.00.  In person exams are also available free of charge (contact Montgomery office to schedule an appointment).  The exam is good for 3 years and then must be retaken.
