Animal Industries
Animal Industries is responsible for the administration of programs to prevent, eradicate, and control diseases among livestock and poultry with support from the Alabama Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory System, as well as assuring that all meat and poultry products offered for sale to the public are safe for consumption through our Meat Inspection Program.
